Oakfield Wireless Equipment Move
On June 22, 2010 we will be moving our wireless equipment from its current location on the Oakfield water tower to the Fond du Lac County tower, which is located approximated ¼ mile south of the water tower.

This equipment relocation is being required by the village of Oakfield for painting and maintenance of the water tower. We have planned this move to ensure only a minimal outage time, ranging from 15 minutes to 1 hour. We have a relay site in place, so it is possible you may not experience any interruption.

If you experience loss of service for more than one hour, please try the following steps:

1) Reset your antenna power supply: unplug the power cord from your Radio Antenna Power supply. This is a small black box with a green light that is connected to the radio mounted outside of your home.  Generally it can be found near your computer. Leave it unplugged for at least 2 minutes, then plug back in.
2) Reset your wireless router: unplug the power cable in the back of the router. Leave it unplugged for 2 minutes, then plug back in.

If you are still without service after the equipment is moved, please contact our technical support.  Your radio antenna may need to be realigned.
